During a recent appearance at the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce Government Forum in Covington, McConnell faced a reporter’s question about whether he plans to seek re-election.
It’s Not the First Time
In a scene eerily reminiscent of a similar incident last month, he froze for about 30 seconds, staring straight ahead without responding.

An aide had to step in and repeat the question and he was then led away.
The Spokesperson Said He Was Lightheaded
A spokesperson from McConnell’s office later revealed that the senator had been feeling “lightheaded” but insisted he was fine and would consult a doctor as a precaution.
